The GloTek Corporation is a Minnesota based company formed to offer innovative boating and safety products to the marine industry. GloTek's use of state of the art phosphorescents will produce Glow-in-the-Dark options previously unavailable to the marine industry via its MarineGlo™ line.  GloTek is a privately held C-Corporation in Minnesota. It was founded in 1998 by entrepreneurs with substantial experience in successful business start-ups and new product introduction. Mr. John R. Goedel is the company founder and CEO.

GloTek's products are designed using State of the Art phosphorescents imbedded during the production process. These new phosphorescents produce an afterglow time of up to 14 hours.  All other nighttime safety products produced today depend on reflective materials and/or battery powered products for nighttime navigation and safety. MarineGlo has revolutionized the industry by introducing products that can soak up the suns rays during the day and glow all night long . GloTek has captured the market with simple, practical, innovative, legally protected products aimed at the marine market. GloTek currently has 1 patent issued and 35 more pending in four categories.

GloTek has many patents pending in four categories (dock accessories, boat accessories, personal accessories, and flotation devices). This legal protection has been applied for in the United States, Canada and 18 European Countries.
